Protecting Women and Children: A Multi-Regional Project
March 31 – April 5, 2018
About the Project:
This project brings together leaders from Bosnia, Bulgaria, Chad, Chile, the Dominican Republic, Egypt, Hungary, India, and Jamaica in order to explore different techniques and strategies which they can use to protect women and children politically, socially, and legally. Throughout the project, participants will examine the U.S. juvenile justice system, judicial structures in place to protect women and children, and form connections with professionals in the legal filed who work to promote international cooperation in strengthening access to justice for women and children.
